Description
A Vata-reducing Ayurvedic herbal combination for night-time. It is recommended in conjunction with Nidra Aroma Oil, Good Night tea and a gentle evening massage of the soles of the feet with Vata massage oil.
Directions: Dose for adults:2 tablets at bedtime with milk and rock sugar or with warm water.
